Thin-wall Ball Bearing

If the ratio of inner diameter and outer diameter is less than 1.25 for deep groove ball bearing , we can call it as thin-wall ball bearing.Thin-wall ball bearing with simple struture is easy to use.They mainly are used to bear radial load.When radial clearance is increased, they can be used as angular contact ball bearing withstanding joint load of radial and axial.Thin-wall ball bearing is with low friction coefficient and high speed limit, compared with the bearing of same size.But thy are not suitable for heavy loads due to limit tolerance.In general, thin-wall ball bearing is applied in model airplanes, remote-control cars, machine tools, motors, pumps, agricultural machinery, textile machinery, laser printers, electronic components and so on
